How do I know my size?

Why are your pajamas breastfeeding friendly?

Our Pajamas have a criss-cross or “V” design for breastfeeding. Just pull the soft stretchy fabric to either side across breast.  Most  have built in pockets for breast pads.

What is Transition Wear?

Items labeled “Transition Wear” are appropriate for early pregnancy and after you have the baby, but not yet back to your pre-pregnancy shape. These cuts allow more room in the waist and bust without looking like maternity clothes. Most “Transition Wear” tops are also designed for nursing and allow easy access for a hungry baby.

Transition Wear pants and skirts are designed like regular stylish clothing but with remarkable give in the waist. They do not have the appearance of maternity clothes. Moms often find Transition Wear items so comfortable and flattering that they continue to wear them long after the birth of their baby!

What methods of payment do you accept?

PJ’s to Your Door currently accepts Visa and MasterCard.

What methods of shipment do you use and how will I know when?

Unless otherwise stated, PJ’s to Your Door ships domestically using USPS Priority or UPS. Shipping options are selectable within the shopping cart.  Your shipping cost will be calculated at your time of checkout. You will receive an email confirmation when your item is shipped.

Please be sure you have provided us with the correct address. We cannot be responsible for mis-delivered orders due to incorrect addresses.
Orders returned due to an incorrect address will require additional payment to ship to a new address. We will not refund the shipping amount from the original order.

Do you ship Internationally?
 
Yes, we will ship Internationally. We will use International Priority Mail as is the lowest price method. We will need to determine your shipping charges after you order. Please give us a call or send us an email to get a quote.

After you send your order, we will need to get your credit card information so we can process it.

You are responsible for all extra delivery charges, duties, taxes, Customs fees, and any other charges or fees that may be incurred by importing products into your country. You should call your local customs office for more information on potential taxes, duties, charges, and fees.

I received my Pajamas as a gift.  Can I exchange for a different size?

If you have received items as a gift that you would like to return or exchange for different size, you have 30 days from the date of the order to the postmark on your return package.  Please contact and we can walk you through the process.

Return Policies:

Most items can be returned for full store credit or refund. Certain items that indicate “No Returns, Final Sale” and underwear items (excluding bras) cannot be returned.

Evening Dresses may only be returned for an exchange of the same item. If we are out of stock of your exchange item, we will give store credit in the form of a gift certificate. Tags must still be attached and the dress in unworn condition.

PJ’s to Your Door can only accept the return of merchandise that is undamaged and in new, unworn, unwashed condition with the original tags still attached. Items with deodorant stains or other dirt marks on them will be assessed a cleaning fee.

Returns for refund MUST BE postmarked within 3 Weeks of your date of purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you have received items as a gift that you would like to return or exchange for different size, you have 30 days from the date of the order to the postmark on your return
package. Gift items may be returned for store credit. We can only refund to the original credit card.

PJ’s to Your Door does not refund your return shipping cost nor the original shipping cost.

PJ’s to Your Door is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes for items returned from an international location. Any fees or taxes will be subtracted from the refund amount. Customers outside of the USA are responsible for postage for exchanges.

PJ’s to Your Door is not responsible for any damages that might occur during the wear, washing or dry cleaning of merchandise. Also, PJ’s to Your Door cannot be responsible for the fit of an item beyond the 3 week return policy.

We will process your refund once the item is received and meets above criteria, credit or exchange within 7 days of receipt of it. You will receive a confirmation email once the processing is complete.

Returns totaling more than $125.00 will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Please use the return form on the back of your invoice. If you cannot find your invoice or need a return form, you may click here to download one. Please write your order number on the outside of the package to speed your return.

Clearance Item Return Policies:

PJ’s to Your Door can only accept the return of clearance merchandise that is undamaged and in new, unworn condition with the original tags still attached. Returns must be postmarked within 3 Weeks of your date of purchase.
